The Yoga Sutras distinguishes six different types of Yoga; all of them can be called as traditional Yoga. These are combined in the Jalagati Yoga Club with medical and yoga experiences- which can be measured in years- so it is very efficent for the people of nowadays. That is the way as our Yoga became unique.
